This collaboration between Una and myself is now entering its 3rd year. We started with the first Grianstad solstice experience in 2022 when we were coming out from the Covid experience still. The power of a collective listening event experienced across the globe was immediately felt, and we hoped to do more. The generous support of THISISPOPBABY has meant that we have been able to continue to refine and rework the solstice listening events. This year more than 4000 people streamed the soundscape on or near the solstice timeframe. What a powerful experience. Much love. More to come on this unfolding collaboration.

Welcome to Grianstad 2025
This is an immersive audio experience timed to the sun setting on the winter solstice. We invite you to take this time as the sun is setting on the shortest day of the year to reflect on the year it has been, to look to the future, knowing that from this moment, the days are getting brighter.
This audio experience can be enjoyed collectively or individually, however we recommend that you journey outdoors towards the sunset and connect with nature and your surroundings as you listen.
